I am excited to offer classes that enrich your child’s life through the wonder and enjoyment of making music together. Singing together creates friendships, memories and a sense of accomplishment that will build a foundation for lifetime of success. I’m looking forward to a great year growing and learning together.
BIO
With over twenty five years of experience in education in a diversity of settings, Julia comes to us to share her love for God, children and music. She is state certified and began her career as a classroom teacher in Central Florida, broadening her experience to musical and choral settings with children. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education followed by years of private voice study with some of the great voice coaches in the Orlando area. She has led student groups and young soloists to superior ratings at state vocal competition. All that being said, her greatest desire as a music teacher is to lead young musicians to serve the Lord with gladness and use their vocal ability to magnify their Creator.
