A family cooking class for those of you with a
chef-in-the-making

You and your child will learn basic skills, become confident with ingredients, and get chef-guided hands-on experience. Additionally, each new lesson will focus on foundational cooking skills that transfer to other tasks: knife skills, sauces, cooking methods, dough skills, etc.

(Adults and Independent Teens)
A cooking class for anyone with an interest in learning to cook

This six-class workshop will introduce you to classic cooking techniques that will help you feel more confident in your own kitchen. Emphasis is placed on those skills which are most useful to a home cook. Each class builds upon the next as you develop a sense for how things should be and how you can fix them when they are askew. Chef Kel’s goal is to take the frustration and intimidation out of the cooking process and give you a foundation you can build upon on your own.
