Michael Foster, PhD

I believe homeschool education is important because it allows learning to be intentional, disciplined, and tailored to the individual rather than driven by a one-size-fits-all system. In my experience working with students, I’ve seen how easily potential can be limited by distractions, low expectations, or a lack of direction. Homeschooling offers the opportunity to build strong character alongside strong academics—prioritizing focus, creativity, and personal responsibility. It also creates an environment for meaningful mentorship and deeper relationships, where students are known, challenged, and guided toward excellence instead of simply managed.
