(3-5 years)
In this course, active
children will learn the
basic elements of ballet in a fun, engaging manner.
They will be kept moving
with a program of games and activities designed to sequentially introduce them to foundational skills while developing their sense of balance, coordination, musicality, and rhythm. They will also enjoy learning the proper French terms to describe their movements.
Each class will consist of
stretching, Barre, Centre, and Ballet review games.
Props such as ribbons and hoops will be utilized to help keep the little ones engaged. The music will
be a fun mix of traditional ballet music, familiar
modern dance
arrangements, and praise songs. We will have some opportunities to perform throughout the year.
Participation is
encouraged, but not
required for the little ones. Parents are always
welcome to stay and observe.

(6-10 years)
In this course, children will enjoy becoming proficient in the basics of ballet. They will have fun while participating in activities designed to sequentially introduce them to foundational skills while developing their sense of balance, coordination, musicality and rhythm. They will also enjoy learning the proper French terms to describe their movements. Each class will consist of stretching, Barre, Centre, and Ballet review games. The music will be primarily traditional ballet music supplemented with modern dance arrangements. There will be performance opportunities throughout the year. Participation is encouraged. Parents are always welcome to stay and observe.

(Ages 10-18)
This course is designed to give students confidence in movement for musical theatre performance. We will cover basic musical theatre dance moves and musical theatre style choreography. Students will gain understanding of the ability to portray emotion and character though movement in a powerful way. Ultimately, glorifying Christ through creative movement.
