Although not the easiest, music theory is one of the most in depth and useful subjects one can learn in the world of music. In Music Theory/Composition I, we will start at the very basics and work our way up through a variety of subjects including time signatures, chords, aural training, note values, structure, and much, much more! We will also do a variety of projects using these topics and begin to look at composition.

This class is the course for advanced music theory students at TFAI. The class will be a review and then a continuation into more advanced topics of music theory such as chords, scales, modes, chord patterns, melodies, harmonies, figured bass, and much, much more!
